PO Box 8, New Ross, County Wexford, Ireland

Well after a lot of prayer and soul searching we feel the Lord is calling us to return to Ireland and begin church planting in an area of Ireland that has not been evangelized. That is New Ross, Co. Wexford and its surrounding areas.
This leap of faith is going to need support and we now need people to cheerfully stand with us with a $30 investment per month in order to begin.
If you can do more, bless you. We are moving from Tennessee so there will be moving costs too and of course set up costs in Ireland but we are trusting God and His people to enable us to find the support we need.
In 1985 Miles planted a church in Wexford (see map) and it is flourishing along with 2 other churches which came out of this Wexford church which are in Gorey and Enniscorthy. The need for the gospel is great in Ireland.
Project Ireland will entail:
House Meetings. In Ireland people can be ostracized for becoming Christian so meeting in their homes and having Bible Studies and teaching them the Gospel is a great step towards bringing them out to church.
Street and personal evangelism.
Radio broadcasting throughout the Country of Ireland.
Planting 'The Grace Church of New Ross'
Introduce Irish people to Jesus by sharing the Gospel message widely and creatively especially among children and young people and adults.
Inspire Irish believers to live for Christ.
Encourage and support Irish believers in evangelism.
Help believers to grow in their understanding of the grace of God and the centrality of Christ crucified.

Who Is Miles McKee?
Miles was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and raised in the small village of Maghera, 40 miles aay. He grew up surrounded by the gospel. The McKee home was a stopping off point for evangelists and missionaries such as the great W.P. Nicholson , Johnny Cochrane, Arthur Rainer, Matt Boland and Noel Grant . At the McKee Home, the Bible was an open book.
At the age of 21, the Lord graciously intervened in Miles’ life and called him to Himself. For two years he worked with a traveling evangelistic music ministry--Liberation Suite--ministering to the young people on the streets of Europe. After graduating from Bible College he pastored Hill Country Church in San Marcos, Texas for five years. Yearning for his native Ireland, he returned to preach in the largely un-evangelized regions of Southern Ireland. There he established the Wexford Bible Church. This church has continued in the Gospel and has planted two other Churches since its founding.
Some years ago, Miles and his wife Gillian saw an opportunity to spread the Gospel in Dublin. They leased an FM station and started broadcasting the Gospel to Ireland’s capitol city. The programming for this new venture was down-linked from UCB (United Christian Broadcasters) on the Astra1B satellite. At the same time he began broadcasting his own program, “The Gospel Truth,” throughout Europe via satellite and on the UCB station which covered all of the United Kingdom and beyond. There were at one time over 20 non-commercial stations in Ireland broadcasting ‘The Gospel Truth’ and the spiritual results were thrilling to see. However due to management changes at UCB, the ‘Gospel Truth’ is now aired only on occasion, a situation that Miles is confident can be rectified when he returns to Ireland.
The Gospel Truth has been recognized as an effective soul winning tool and has at times been added to the program schedule of Rhema Radio Network of New Zealand, Christian Vision of Zambia, and radio stations in the United States, Canada, The Caymen Islands, Figi and Tonga.
Miles McKee is first and foremost a gospel minister. His central message is Christ crucified.
Miles has two wonderful grown children Halli and Conal both of whom have a love for the gospel.
Miles is currently writing a series of Christ centered books entitled, The Gospel Truth Trilogy.
Miles and Gillian have also produced “Safe at Last” an 11 track CD which features amazingly haunting Celtic music from Ireland providing a beautiful background for the reading of the scriptures.
Miles produces ‘The Wednesday Word’, a Christ centered piece which deals each week with some aspect or other of the finished work of Christ. This is emailed to pastors, missionaries and gospel-driven believers across the world.
While living in Nevada, Gillian was seriously injured in a car wreck in August of 2000 which left her, for several years, almost crippled. This meant a curtailing of Miles’ travelling ministry. During this time Miles assisted ‘The Church at Green Valley Ranch’ (Southern Baptist) as co-pastor and then as pastor. For a season he also assisted First Baptist of the Lakes (Southern Baptist) until they found a pastor. Gillian has now regained her health and Miles has now resumed the travelling aspect of the ministry.
Now based in Tennessee, Miles ministers with any church or group who love the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. His goal is to see the Lord Jesus returned to center stage in His church. Miles and Gillian are now planning to return to Ireland to headquarter their ministry there and to involve themselves with evangelising and church planting in that very needy country.
Miles can be heard on Sermonaudio.com.

In Europe, PO Box 8, New Ross, County Wexford, Ireland.

This is a list of some of the areas of Ireland with no Christian Church or Gospel influence.
We hope to start in New Ross which has a population of 23,099 people.
It the third largest town in the county after Wexford and Enniscorthy. Miles planted a church in Wexford in 1985 and there is now a sister church in Enniscorthy.
Some interesting facts about New Ross:
New Ross, Co. Wexford is located on the River Barrow in the South East of Ireland and is home to a population of approx 23,000.
New Ross is the ancestral home of U.S. President John F. Kennedy and is also home to the Dunbrody Famine Ship, which led the Parade of Sail in the Tall Ships Race 2005.
—-------------------------------------------
For centuries, Gospel-based churches have failed to penetrate Ireland. Evangelistic efforts in the 1800s were thwarted by a pervasive Catholic influence.
Bible Believers threatened Ireland's national identity, wrapped up in centuries of conflict with nearby England.
The Irish Constitution in 1937 recognized the "special position" of the Roman Catholic Church. Influential Irish bishops regarded evangelicals as cultic. This has now been changed but the Roman churches' influence is still very prevalent in all areas of Social Life.
This country is in dire need of the truth. Will you stand with us as we endeavor to go there and preach Christ and Him crucified? It is going to take backing as our moving costs are great and settling in costs too but we trust God has shown us this direction and that He will provide the means to do so.
A recent survey showed only 5 per cent, or one in 20, of 15 to 24-year-olds could quote the first of the 10 Commandments when interviewed for a new survey in Ireland.
Almost one-third (32 per cent) could not say where Jesus was born and more than one-third (35 per cent) did not know what is celebrated at Easter.
The same survey found that only 52 per cent of young people could name Matthew, Mark, Luke and John as the authors of the gospels, while only 38 per cent knew that there were four gospels.
Fewer than half of the 15 to 24-year-olds surveyed (47 per cent) could name "Father, Son and Holy Spirit/Ghost" as the three persons of the Trinity, while only 48 per cent were able to name Genesis as the first book of the Bible.
This is incredible but if they don’t know these things how could they know about Christ and what he accomplished for us at the cross? How he lived a sinless life and died a hideous death and rose again for us so that we could have everlasting life. That our sins are forgiven and cast behind His back for all eternity.

This beautiful country is in dire straits.
